As in previous years, we continue to support the poorest families so their children can attend school. Our budget allows us to pay the school fees, including books and uniforms, for approximately 10 children each year. This year, for the first time, we have also included two boys in the program, as they would otherwise not be able to graduate. The children are selected by Arjun, Narayan's brother, who is responsible for finances at the school. We consider not only children from Bhumesthan, but from the entire school catchment area (Fulkarka region).
This year's payment has completely exhausted our budget. To ensure we can send 10 children to school again next summer, we would be very grateful for any contribution to our project!
