Through the goat project, I had the opportunity Grang to visit Clothes for the children. I was told that about 40 children live in the village. Unfortunately, I was proven wrong when I arrived. As we gathered in the village, more and more children came running up. Very young mothers with babies on their backs, as well as fathers with their little ones in slings. In the end, it seemed to me that there were at least four children for every adult gathered in the village square – there must have been close to 100 children!
Since I was traveling alone, I could only take a very limited amount of aid supplies on the plane. Sadly, there wasn't even enough clothing for half of the children. I would therefore very much like to bring more joy to the village and send more Clothes to Grang .
For this, we need well-preserved children'sclothes. If you have any, please get in touch.
I will also do my best to organize a free cargo package (freight, DHL) to Nepal.
These pictures are from Grang during my visit in 2022.
In 2024, I traveled to Nepal with my whole family. We had over 100 kg of luggage allowance, which we didn't even come close to using. This allowed us to bring three huge bags of clothes back to Kathmandu. Narayan's friend will take them to Grang at the next opportunity so I can finally fulfill my promise!
We need well-preserved children's clothes such as trousers, sweaters, long-sleeved shirts, hoodies, etc. If you have any, please contact me. This email address is protected against spambots! JavaScript must be enabled to view it.
